"Deceiving rates and pictures"

This hotel only looks good from the outside, and they have a lift.
The room I booked was wrongly depicted on the website, the lowest rate is for a room with glass enclosures and no attached toilet, this was not mentioned on the website nor any pictures. I ended up paying more as I had to change my room to another category which was originally depicted in pictures and the website, felt like I was cheated. After the room change I realised the room was wet and the water didn't dry till I left, there was a leak in the room.

Location was very great.Breakfast was superb..
bathroom shower and tap water was flowin at the same time.the knobs didnt work properly.There were dust in the iron rods behinde the blinds in the room.
