Townhouse Oak Su's Cottage Near Legian Beach

Been there before,always find the staff so helpful. The way they organise transport is great.Luggage storage a real help. The pool area has character,love sitting around there. Congrats to the admin staff and the staff wh looked after our room.

The room we had ,had peeling wallpaper.Haven"t seen that before at Su's. Consequently, some type of mould was present,but not enough to put us off.

Restaurant is good , ground floor rooms are best for access reasons

Pool was cold

Su’s cottage was cute and cosy. A home away from home

Not spending enough time there

I paid $60aud and didn't think it was that good for that price.

Front of house staff were great, i had to ask for extra towels or bath mats.

position of hotel was close to beach via small path

hot water was non existant, wallpaper was peeling off wall, pool temperature was alright but couldn't get any sunlight around so had to go elsewhere

No hot water in basin (2 rooms) Fridge in sun outside on balcony 2nd room was better

The staff are always so welcoming

Su’s cottages were in a great location near restaurants and shops. About 27 rooms and all very private.
