The room was super clean and nice

I'm waiting over a week for the security deposit back and we only stayed one night did no damage left the room clean and I haven't gotten the $100 back

The check-in person was incompetent. The manager was rude and also unable to fix their errors. I will never stay at acandlewood suites again, and I travel a lot. Avoid at all costs!
