Καλή τοποθεσία μέσα στο κέντρο, δίπλα σε Σουπερμαρκετ και πολύ κοντά στην αγορά και στο λιμάνι. Μεγάλο μπαλκόνι για το καλοκαίρι. Καλές οικοσκευές ( βραστήρας -καφετιέρα κλπ) τηλεοράσεις και στις 2 κρεβατοκάμαρες. Υπάρχουν κοντά πάρκινγκ επί πληρωμή με κόστος από 9 έως 15 € ημερησίως

Το μεγαλύτερο πρόβλημα του σπιτιού είναι τα αιρκοντίσιον στις κρεβατοκάμαρες, χρειάζονται συντήρηση-αντικατάσταση, κάνουν αρκετό θόρυβο και πρέπει να τα κλείσεις για να κοιμηθείς επίσης δεν ζεσταίνουν αρκετά. Η καθαριότητα μέτρια, σε πολλά σημεία βρήκαμε ψόφιες μύγες, η δε καφετιέρα είχε μείνει ακαθάριστη από τους προηγούμενους ενοίκους και είχε πιάσει μούχλα. Οι κρεβατοκάμαρες είναι συνεχόμενες δηλαδή για να πας στην μία περνάς μέσα απο την άλλη. Το μπάνιο αρκετά μικρό ειδικά ο νιπτήρας. Μία κουρτίνα στο ντούζ θα βοηθούσε.

Location was good. Beds were comfortable.

We set our arrival time for 12 noon but we were not informed that this was not possible. However The owner communicated on the phone after arriving at Kavala and he arranged a place to store our luggage. Then we tried to check in at the official time which was at 14:00 but we were told to check in at 14:30. At 14:30 we reached the apartment, but that was still not ready. Cleaner was inside. We entered around 15:00 waiting for 20 minutes in the hall way. The apartment had some issues with the shower. The water was getting out of the shower making a big mess. The fridge had ice in the back side, not working very well. Only 1 toilet paper roll for out whole stay and no dish drain. Soap for the hands was not enough and very watery. The AC were not working. The two TVs were working well but the remote controls were identical so the door between the two rooms had to be closed otherwise one remote control was controlling two TVs simultaneously.
