Location, the apartment was clean, easy access and it was warm.

The toilet has no steps you almost need some small steps or a mini ladder, a small person or older person would find it difficult to climb into, with no support to get out as there is nothing to hold onto and the floor is not reachable, it is very small and has no room to move, again inside the bathroom/toilet, a tall person almost bangs head upon the ceiling, there is no sink. Noisy occupants upstairs as we were placed in a basement. Which we had no idea, the picture was deceiving. ( toilet/bathroom)
