Location was very good. Short walk to Stratford Market and not too far from the theatre.

The fire alarm went off each morning while we were cooking breakfast. Good that it operated so well but it was oversensitive.

Great location, excellent value, clean and staff helpful and friendly, will definitely stay again.

Not used to being on a busy road but that’s a pretty minor point could not get Netflix to work. For some reason, the TV wouldn’t connect to the Internet. Again, that’s a pretty minor gripe.

Good location for RSC.

Very gloomy electric lighting.

Instructions were clear. It was all made very easy. Well done to the team. We particularly liked the proximity to Stratford, the theatre, facilities and all the rest. The flat was super and indeed the road outside was pretty quiet also. Yay!

There wasn't much we didn't like. All good.

It was clean complimentary bottles of water tea bags, coffee and sugar were supplied fridge was cold,

There wasn't a seal on the bottom of the shower door so the water flooded the floor, the mattress wasn't the best but apart from that it was good

The location tk the town was perfect. The bed was extremely comfortable.

The entrance hall was not inviting and smelt dirty, as did the entrance of our apartment, a damp animal smell. The pull cord for the light in the bathroom was very dirty, as was the cord for the blind in the kitchen.

It was very clean and within walking distance of everything you could ever need.
