The apartment is small, but it has everything you need. Kitchen is well-equipped. Wifi works well.

Self check-in to the apartment is impossible without having access to internet, so this may not be convenient for travellers without access to the internet. The bed isn't really comfy. Pillows definitely need changing. They gave me neck pain. The place is in a residential area, and there aren't really convenient shops around.

The host is helpful and the apartment itself was clean. But it is very basic and some things were not exactly as advised. For example, there is air conditioning in the apartment but it is only one unit in the bedroom therefore the air is not evenly distributed throughout the entire apartment. Also, it was advertised with a balcony however the balcony (even if it didn't hold the air conditioning unit) was not big enough/deep enough, for a chair so you can't sit out on it if you want.

The location is loud/noisy, the area is run down and dirty. There are two single beds pushed together which during the night slipped apart making it uncomfortable for one person but it would be fine if two separate beds are needed. Also, the entry to the apartment block is recessed and the light didn't work. I would suggest this gets fixed as it was impossible to see the key code at night. The host is so nice I'm sure he will take this suggestion and have the light fixed if he can.

Not much. Location was convenient for the purpose the apartment was rented.

Too small. It is the size of a hotel room but without the facilities of a hotel. Not enough room for 2 persons. The apartment block is not welcoming, but the lift is efficient. Took about 4 calls to get the sheets replaced after 1 week and the apartment was not cleaned as promised after the first week.

NO HOT WATER FOR 3 DAYS and terrible reactivity from owner Trash all over the building entrance with a very bad smell Main entrance code keypad had some faulty keys which required a lot of effort to work (I took 15 minutes to get into the building the first time) The location is not good, it is close to bus stop but just that.
