INLocation is great, its approx 3-4km away from all the traffic and crowd in Jibhi, which makes all tourist sopts in Jibhi accessible. The property was very clean, comfortable, and cozy. The hosts are a young couple who are very friendly and helpful. The room was big and beautiful with a big balcony facing the mountains. It was very convenient to work from there as the property has 2 different high speed internet wifi connections. The view and surrounding of property are amazing. There is no other property in adjacent to it thus it has unblocked view. The property is surrounded with devdaar and apple trees, home to a variety of birds.
CHINWe loved our stay at Avasaa. The rooms were very clean. Bathroom was huge. Food was amazing. It is very very serene remote place if you are looking to just chill and enjoy the nature. The views from balcony are amazing. As the property is recently made, the furniture and rooms looks quite fresh. They have good games and books in the common area.
This is not a con if you are looking for remote place to chill but this place is almost 4.5 kms away from JIBHI city centre (Seri village road) so you would need a vehicle to commute from JIBHI (or there is a beautiful hiking trail) as you will not find anything else nearby.

ININI had an amazing stay at Avaasa Cafe in Jibhi! The place offers stunning views, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Vibhu and Saili are excellent hosts—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The food is absolutely delicious, with every meal feeling like a treat. And little Chitru adds so much joy to the experience—playing with her was such fun! Will absolutely visit again.
