This facility is very beautiful, clean, and is in a convenient location. We particularly like the firm mattresses on the beds. Espresso, tea bags, chips/crisps, dish detergent etc were all available. We also had a complementary white wine upon our arrival. The communication was excellent. Elena, the host, provided me her contact number over WhatsApp beforehand, so that we could communicate with her very easily as we knew better our expected arrival time. We ended up arriving a bit late, but Elena was waiting for us to greet us upon our arrival. Elena took us around the apartment and explained to us how different switches worked.

Just some minor issues: It would be ideal if there are closets and chair(s) in one of the two bedrooms that were missing. Also, it would be great to have one hairdryer in each bathroom.

The apartment was beautifully presented and clean. The bedrooms were very spacious with 2 nice sized bathrooms and lots of storage space. It was in a good location, a couple of minutes walk from the train station and a short walk to the lake and shops. Both Elena and her son Gian Marco were very helpful and prompt in responding to any questions we had.

We would have liked a wardrobe in the 2nd bedroom. But as there was a huge amount of storage in the main bedroom and utility room it wasn't a big issue.

Private parking space in the underground garage of the same building. Spacious apartment with everything you need. Location is also excellent. Host was really cool.

Impressively large and wonderful apartments, clean, with a fully equipped kitchen. You will get two bedrooms with king size beds, two toilets, a kitchen, a large living room and a laundry room. Private parking and beautiful terrace to the inner courtyard. The apartments have air conditioning and good heating in cold weather. The ferry terminal, old town, train station, a large shopping center open 24 hours are nearby. The owner always tried to help. I recommend it.
