Attention everyone - this is a SCAM! The host cancelled on me on the day of the arrival ! They didn’t answer my calls, messages, were cancelling my calls! What a disgrace!

Once inside it's nice

Took forever to check in, absolute pain dealing with the owner who said they would be there to check me in in 25 mins (already unacceptable). And then someone turned up after 40 mins I'd add I don't blame theady who checked me in, she was nivey. But if you want to run a B&B you have to be present and attentive Would not recommend

The one bed was broken and it didn’t had shits or a pillowcase it was dirty the lights in one room didn’t work the water was stopping while you where showering the freezer was pink and brown for some reason and it was also in a very bad neighborhood . Not even one thing was right

Firstly, poor communication with the host from before our arrival. once arrived we had to wait 30 minutes for someone to give us the keys and then got told we had to wait an hour until they cleaned the apartment. Secondly, the entrance to the apartment was filthy with cigarette butts everywhere and no lights whatsoever. The air conditioning is only in the living room and doesn’t reach the bedrooms and doesn’t cool the air much. The area in which the apartment is located is very dirty and trash thrown all over the streets. Be prepared to wake up early to the sound of the neighbors screaming and smoking on the staircase. The freezer wasn’t clean at all and there was would in the shower. The bed in the 2nd bedroom is really bad and falls apart very easily. Broken window in the kitchen/ living room and in the bathroom.

We waited 3 hours to be accommodated

Our plane landed at 7:30 pm and The owner charged us with 25€ because he has to wait for us. There was nobody when we arrived at the house. We had to wait for 15-30 minutes untill he arrived. Anyways, we had to pay. We woke up every morning because there is Mold inside the appartment and it stinks really bad. He just speaks italian. Dirty place and really scary in the evening. I would not recommend girls to go alone to this place!

Very inflexible with the check-in time. If you don't come right between 16:00 and 18:00 they don't let you check in and besides losing your money, you have to look for another accommodation. They also tell you this right at the end when you can't cancel your booking despide they were asked one week in advance. Bordering on a scam

Location

The apartment was dirty upon arrival, with closets filled with various items, an old freezer containing stinky food, belongings left behind by previous tenants, and a shower covered in mold, no light in a smaller bedroom. Additionally, on the day of our arrival around 1 pm, we were informed that the owner wouldn't be able to check us in until 6 pm, despite the booking stating a check-in time of 4 pm. When asked for a reason, the owner mentioned having another job and being unable to meet us earlier.
