everything. Exceptionally quiet area. Lots of opening windows, all windows had quality shutters which are far better than blinds or curtains. Shower was a 9/10, 1 metre square and high pressure, the provided shower toiletries were quality. Didn't meet the host, they left us in complete peace.
Not a problem to us, but the place is up a flight of easy stairs. My wife has some mobility issues, but she was okay with these. (Just mentioning it because others may need to know.)

We enjoyed our stay at the Blue Beach House, it was clean, comfortable and close to the Cliff Walk which was our purpose for staying in Mangawhai.
The only little negative was the noisy water pump early in the morning, I presume when owners were showering in the main house. An early morning wake up call!
