Good location

Heating didn’t work, it was freezing and had no hot water. We had to use gas rings to keep the place warm!

"NO HEATING!!! A FREEZING COLD NIGHT HERE!!!"

I arrived later than planned, 11pm, with my Sister & disabled Dad. We were delayed by the worst storm of the winter so far!!! It was actually a beautiful apartment, ...... but there was no heating working!!! I called the emergency number! Someone arrived quickly within 30-minutes. He could not get the heating to work??? We were offered another apartment upstairs! This was NOT acceptable. This specific apartment was booked to accommodate my disabled Dad. A singular electric fan was provided to heat the whole apartment!!! This was NOT sufficient!!! I engaged with Staff again in the morning. They declared there was nothing they could do concerning my issue of NO HEATING ON A FREEZING COLD NIGHT!!! The Staff instructed me to register my complaint with Booking.com which I did! All Booking.com did was contact YBC who shuned my issue??? Commensurate with that, Booking.com did not offer any form of refund!!! DISGUSTING TREATMENT!!! BEWARE!!!

Being shafted by YBC & Booking.com, ...... I was not offered any form of refund or compensation for having a freezing cold night spent at their property!!!
