que al momento de retirarme fui a abonar la cuenta y al informar q tengo documento extranjero motivo por el cual no xorresponde pagar el Iva , se me informo q como no lo presente al ingresar no podia exonerar el impuesto. La verdad que suelo presentar el documento extranjero al retirarme y nunca tuve problemas. Es la primera vez que me sucede algo asi, los normas impositivas se basan en hechos comprobables y si el cliente tiene el documento extranjero corresponde la exoneración .
