CiptaRase Apartment - Drawbridge,KTCC mall, Kuala Terengganu

I and my family recently stayed at CiptaRase Apartment in Terengganu, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The place was exceptionally clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The ambiance was very pleasant, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. Moreover, the apartment's convenient location, being very close to shopping and restaurants, added to the overall convenience of my trip. I highly recommend CiptaRase Apartment for anyone looking for a delightful and enjoyable stay in Terengganu.

Rooms, beds, and Netflix

It was as advertised in pictures, brand new 3 bedroom apartment. Lovely interior, well decorated and kitchen well equipped.

The reason this apartment got low rating from us is because the owner came into our apartment during our absence and turned off AC and Water Heater. We know this as the switches to these devices were turned off, which we had left on before leaving the apartment. A total invasion of privacy and I was not okay with it as he used the cctv at the entrance for the wrong reason. This apartment has no room service, which we were not aware of at the time of booking. It's like an airbnb. We were checked in by the security guard.The owner asked us to clean out the trash. Only provided 2 extra towels. No washing machine, no stove. Lastly, since it's a new building, you'll hear construction noise from 8am onwards Not only that, but for less money, we could have gotten a serviced apartment. If you can overlook the above, then it was a comfortable stay. We very much like the interior
