The owner and caretaker are very accommodating.The place is spot clean, highly recommended

The ambience was really nice and the property was cozy. The place was also quiet and peaceful regardless of time. The staff were also very accomodating and helpful especially with giving directions to the property. The property has that "vacation home" feel. Theres a well maintained private swimming pool, showers, and indoor and outdoor kitchen. The view from the window also shows greenery which is relaxing to see when looking for an urban escape. The property was also bigger than what it looks like from the photos. Our overall experience is amazing and I would book this property again.

Although it was not a major issue to us, the bathroom had a big window that is visible to the main room. Visibility can be blocked through the curtains on the main room side.

The caretakers were friendly and considerate. Thumbs up to them. The place is very easy to find and the road going the place very nice. The place was clean, modern and very spacious..it has its own parking space. Its highly recommended. Will surely stay here again once we go to bagac again... Thank you so much.

Exceptionally high standard of construction. We were four persons in the house, we had a last moment check-in and the owner and the staff accepted us warmly and kindly. The smart TV is huge although we didn't use it. All the appliances are branded and of the highest quality. The pool is amazing and clean with lights and good ambiance. Everything was extremely clean, neat tidy and complete. The response time was immediate. The house is soundproof. Amazing experience and accommodating.

I wish it would be a bit more secluded.

The Villa was well represented, extremely clean, complete with its own swimming pool and pretty much what it said it was which is definitely not always the case in the Philippines. The Villa owners were real attentive when we engaged them regards local attractions etc, Kevin the American owner going out his way to give us a lift to a local attraction in his 4x4. The fact the Villa is supported by a lovely Maid who is on hand not so far away as required to make life easy and relaxed is a real nice touch. Big thanks to Casa de Simone and everyone involved in making this Villa a real haven of tranquility in the Gapan Hills. We hope in time to return to Casa de Simone and this time stay a bit longer.
