La Perla sul Cortile

This was a lovely place to stay. Don’t be put off by the entry. The apartment is beautiful. Well presented and because it is a corner spot there is lovely sea breeze that flows through the lounge area when the windows are open. Chiara provided coffee and tea facilities with snacks. There is also a stove, microwave and adequate dishes and cutlery. The fridge contained milk for us to use in our coffee. It is an easy walk into the old city of Ortigia. The flat is on the first floor with no lift but we managed it with our luggage quite easily. It is a little hard to find but it is diagonally opposite a food truck which is popular with the locals and on the left in the entrance. We parked our car inside at the No 3 spot. We would stay here again if we visit Syracuse in the future.

Our little Vacation in Syracuse at La Perla sul Cortile was amazing. Our Host Chiara made our stay perfect. The apartment was super clean, spacious, super located to walk into the city center and we had a parking spot right next to the house. thank you so much Chiara for making our stay so special!

Building is old but the interior of the flat is renovated and very clean. Owner can be accessed via whatsapp easily. Touristic spots are in walking distance.

Everything was very good. Simple access to the property with the host giving complete information. Great location for visiting the surroundings. Great locations to access the public transportation. The apartment spotless and with everything you need plus great hosts that left for us some little treats 😊

Liked everything

The property is very clean, well equipped and very spacious. It’s very central and it also has a space for parking which is a big plus :)

The entrance is not attractive, you wouldn’t expect such a cute apartment in the inside :)

The apartment was in a great location! Having parking available in the courtyard was very helpful. The host was communicative and left us snacks, coffee, wine, etc. The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

Once you get past the rather delapidated exterior and up the dirty stairs, the appartment was lovely. It was clean and modern and well equipped. The welcome dish of nibbles and the wine in the fridge were appreciated. Good communications and easy entry procedure.

The exterior was very run down and third world. If stairs are a problem for you then this isn't the place for you.

It is a great apartment. It is placed near to the Ortigia. It was really clean and comfortable. We were blown away by how modern and luxurious the furnishing was. The owner was nice and helpful. She left us a bottle of wine as a compliment. Also, it was a great positive for us that, there was a free parking place in the backyard of the building.

Its a beautiful and well-sized property. The host was very generous in leaving food and wine for me. It was very clean and generally really pleasant to be in.

It is a bit far from town but this isn't an issue, just something to note :)
