Casa Palma a Otranto

Placed pretty good, close to the historical center and beach from the port, very very spacious, with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 huge open space living room and kitchen, excelent that it has a garage where you can safely park your car, good working A/C, very quiet neighborhood, apartment was really clean, with clean towels and bed sheets. Had 2 balconies, one which was huge and had a place where to hang your clothes and the other one with a coffee table. Washing machine functional. Brand new tv (mid size) which we did not use. It was great that it had blinds at each room, so you can sleep good. Our “guide”, Samuele, was really great, provided perfect instructions and video of where to take the keys, where the apartment is , which is our garage and helped in a very quick manner with anything we asked. Top management from this point of view!

I would not say that we did not like it, but it can be improved with: a hair dryer, some more dishes (we were 5 people but only had 4 plates), a better internet WiFi (had one but it was mainly not loading anything), maybe a coffee machine or a bigger filter, stove fix (one of the double windows of the stove door was half unglued). The couch from living room would not be the best place to sleep as it’s a bit weak and the bed from the small room was really squeaking and the doors as well were very squeaking. All in all it was really great price-conditions.
