GBGBGBGBGBWe booked as there was the luxury of a hot tub, the only facility there that was clean
The property is in the middle of an industrial estate. The property was not ready upon arrival and one of the host actually telling us that he had no idea we were coming. Then after being there for a couple of hours (used hot tub which was nice), we went to go into the room properly. It smelt of damp, the tile grout was filthy and the walls had oil/marks all over. When pulling the duvet back we noticed the sheet was disgusting and complained to the host to get no response. As you can imagine, we were unable to stay at the property. We knocked on the host to tell them that we were going to have to leave due to how dirty it was and were responded to with an 'ok', and when I detailed again that the sheets were dirty, we got 'the washing machine must be rubbish' - no offer of a resolution. To top that off the hosts are no ignoring my messages after they had agreed to offer a refund.
