"A great stay in Santa Marguerita"

We had a fantastic stay at SEA Apartment! The place is brand new, beautifully designed, and exceptionally well organized. Our host, Filip, was incredibly responsive and kind, making our experience even better. We highly recommend this apartment and can’t wait to return!

The facilities and location are fantastic. Thank you for the welcome box on arrival. Great communication with host. Love the security and the adorable old elevator. We will return and recommend it. Outdoor balcony views! ❤️ the blinds on the sky lights in each room! 😮

Free car parking is some distance from accommodation, but walkable and a paid garage is very close by. Limited sound proofing. We were positioned above another apartment which complained about the movement we were making at 10:30pm after returning from a dinner. I wouldn't have thought that we did anything exceptional such as dancing - just walking in the apartment which made us feel like we needed to walk on eggshells a little and felt uncomfortable at time being in the apartment. But we loved it... And would return without doubt / though hopefully without issues next time.

The location was great. The apartment was modern, well equipped, clean and welcoming. Phillipo was very responsive to our needs. We enjoyed the panettone and wine which was there to welcome us.

"Great location!! Adorable apartment perfect for 4 people !!"

The apartment was very clean with nice decor. The apartment is small but layout was very efficient and had everything we needed. The apartment security made us feel very safe. Parking in this area is difficult but our host made reservations for a parking garage . The instructions and directions for check-in were very clear and the host was very helpful and responsive to any of our questions. Walking to Santa Margherita was only a 5 min. walk and felt very safe even at night. The train station is also only a 5 min. walk. The only problem we had was figuring out how to operate the washer /dryer combination machine. Santa Margherita and Portofino were both beautiful . We hiked into Portofino and took the ferry back. We were happy we stayed in Santa Margherita because there were more restaurants and shopping.
