It is completely new inside. Also very quiet and clean with a nice view to the waterfront and the city.

So new it needs a few things like dish soap and a toilet paper holder. But very comfortable as is.

The premises, staff, overall service rendered and so forth, were perfectly fine and even better than expected.

The location itself(Rijeka) is not a great tourist town for many a reason unrelated to the Molo Longo host. The sheer impracticability of moving about is the biggest issue(eg no provided parking, too many one way streets, etc).

The drain in the toilet wasn’t draining and there was an underlying smell of food.
