RSLocation was great, near Shopping mall Stadion. It is located in a three story house. It is nice, clean and spacious for our family. It had all amenities. Host was very nice and welcoming.

RUProbably that was the cheapest option for 6 persons for 2 days in Belgrade. Electricity, bathroom, hot water, washing machine, kitchen — all these basic needs are there. Shopping mall is just few steps away.
Check-in was one hour later than it is written on Booking. The apartment is typical "Yugoslavian flat", it has the same vibes, I mean, you can hear neighbours, and almost everything there left since that times. Actually, this could be a better stay and a better review if we did not face the problems afterwards. Beware of windows and balconies in this apartment, they are old. We kept the balcony open all the time, the weather was nice and warm, no storms awaited, moreover, seemed it was not closing properly. 15 mins before our check-out the wind blew and hit the door so that the balcony glass broke. Immediately I notified the host about this issue, he came and asked 20 Euros for the broken glass. I told him that it was not our issue and then he tried to take from us 10 Euros, saying it won't cost too much to fix that. We refused again, just because we consider this was not our issue. We haven't been notified about this "balcony feature", it wasn't stormy and we didn't touch the door at all for the past few hours. A few days later I received a notification from Booking that I must pay 30 Euros for the broken balcony glass. I contacted Booking and told them this story, they answered this is not their responsibility, manage your problems with the host yourself. I tried to do that but the host was answering a bit aggressive in my opinion. So there is no exit from this conflict so far. I consider that was not our issue, the owner says that we must pay 30 Euros for the broken balcony glass. Moreover, the host didn't register us with Bijeli Karton paper, later we had problems on the border with Montenegro. In total, make decisions yourself about do you wanna stay here or not. I'd prefer to avoid this place.
TRnewly furnished, clean apartment. Friendly host. Good location for exploring the city.
