This apartment is definitely one of the best we have ever stayed in. It is very clean and comfortable, incredibly well-equipped and furnished. It is situated on the edge of the old town so whilst all of the main sights of Chania are within walking distance you also have the feeling of being in a Greek neighborhood and not one full of other tourists. The owner is very nice and helpful and responds immediately to any requests.
