Apartamento cómodo con todo lo necesario en la cocina y sillas y sombrilla de playa para utilizar. Piscina grande y limpia. Muy linda vista desde el apartamento. Zona tranquila Buena atención y respuesta. Volvería.

El sistema de parking con valet es un poco lento y llegamos a ver cola de más de 1 cuadra en la noche.

The oceanfront view was the highlight of the property.

The property is very dated, we experienced roaches in the condominium, shower was missing the door, shower floor needs a thorough cleaning, furniture within the condominium was dated, worn, and in need of repair or replacement. Having to wear a cheap wristband throughout the stay like we were at a nightclub or an amusement park was tacky. The wristband even had my coworkers asking if I had gone to an amusement park.

We loved the proximity to the beautiful beach and the amazing view from the apartment. We had just enough space for our family and all the beach gear available for use was very nice! We had everything we could have needed. The apartment building is busy with security and staff and a number of conveniences like coffee shops and essentials markets.

Room darkening curtains would make the bedroom a little bit more cozy and allow those of us who enjoy sleeping in to do so. A minor creature comfort but the only negative I experienced during the whole week!

The apartment is very nice, and the host is very responsive. The building is a little bit older, but they recently refurbished the gym.

Close to beach, shops in building, selfservice laundry, free wifi

Long wait to check-in Due to flight cancellation we arrived one day later. Even though we had paid for our room in advance had been given to someone else. We received some kind of backup room. Which had nothing to do with advertised one. Old, worn furniture, broken tiles, street view.. See through space in front door.

Buyer Beware. Bait and switch. Risk double booking and being downgraded at the last minute. I expected luxury with sunrise over the ocean view, chandelier, leather furniture, and other “luxury” amenities. 46 minutes AFTER I could have checked in, was sent a notification that they needed to switch units which ended up being a massive downgrade. The new unit was next to the road listening to sirens and honking day and night. It was run down with all cabinets were broken down, missing hardware and had paint splatter and dripping as thought it was used as a janitor/facility unit. No compensation was offered for the massive downgrade until addressed with property manager and even then it was minimal. Guessing they doubled booked since the “issue” was found AFTER check in. I chose this location specifically for the ocean view. Will not book here again.
