The location was excellent with everything within easy reach. The view from the room/balcony was spectacular. We had breakfast, which was delicious.

As we were there for 3 days, the drinks items were not replenished, and towels were not changed unless asked. This should be automatic. There were honestly no other issues with this place, and we should have maybe asked earlier.

Clean and comfy room. Good location near the pier. Excellent breakfasts.

Shame about the lack of parking, but we managed.

It was inviting and it had a smiley bush in garden and we was welcomed on arrival

It was a small double but can’t really complain as the view was awesome. Next time we will have to book both sea view bedrooms

Nice view especially from balcony, room clean, man nice helped with bag on day we came. Fair was on the green Infront.

Old furniture, old faded towels, noise from the road, sausage in breakfast wasn't nice, hash browns could have been more crispy, old and unmatched bed linen. Place for kettle a bit small and kettle leaked on floor. Room was a bit small, but balcony made up for it.
