Kosmos Service Apartment City Center 3 With Additional Cost parking

The apartment is nice, it had everything you need. There is washing machine which is great. The parking is free in front of the building.

The neighborhood is quite dirty. The yard in front of the building is dirty, and there were a lot of mosquitoes, so we couldn't open the windows to air out the place.

The flat was very nice, airy and light. The neighbourhood is quiet and close to everything you need. The checkin was very good, the bed was comfy, there was aircon in the livingroom and overall pretty good, we enjoyed our stay in Thessaloniki and in the apartment. Host was good to communicate with prior to check in :)

I didn’t like the abandoned building behind the bathroom and bedroom, felt very unsure about leaving the windows opened. Anyone can easily climb up, although luckily nothing happened and the stay was pleasant but just in case anyone is travelling alone, with kids or anything just be aware as I was unpleasantly surprised to see it. The hot water stopped after 1 shower but it wasn’t a big deal and also that there wasn’t anywhere to really dry your clothes so again, just a side note for anyone wanting to was their stuff :) nothing major just small points.

The property is very nice, clean and has everything you need. The wifi worked perfectly. We were also able to find a parking space near the location.

It was cheap and costed 5-6 euros via cab to the city centre.

The map's location was showing an incorrect place and some market workers helped otherwise we were not able to find the hotel since there was no sign etc. The room has some weird odor due to lack of fresh air.

I really liked the location, because it is really close to the railways station (we arrived from Athens with a train) and many bus connections, slightly outside the main center and crowds or main car traffic but still so close to great cafes and restaurants ( Ilion, taverna o thodoros). I really liked this part of town, quite laid back and walking distance to some great churches. The Appartement had no private parking but it is quite easy to find a spot nearby bcoz it is not the city center.

The check in was not automatic, what I mean is that the information wasn’t send to us in advance but I had to message the owner asking for the details. Not a Biggy but can be an issue if no internet. If someone is allergic to cats or simply don’t like them he/she might not appreciate the neighborhood.
