Cleanliness and TV not wii on eking also a visit from electrician on Sat morning to check electrics. All facilities not available -top oven, fire.

Large spacious, well modernised bungalow Big kitchen, three good bedrooms, in quiet location, reasonably close to town centres

I would say there was nothing we didn’t like. However the one bathroom with no separate toilet was a bit of a challenge to the five of us staying. The kitchen was well equipped, but there were odd things like only four dinner plates.

Beautiful bungalow in a quiet area and short walk to town.

A couple of things didnt work and unfortunately we weren't informed until we contacted them. One of the toilets was out of order and no running hot water in the shower in main bathroom.

A reasonable sized bungalow with a nice garden and just a 20 min walk to the town centre. Good Central heating.

A number of fittings were defective. One of two toilets was broken as was one of the two showers. The log effect fire was also not working. We were informed at the last minute of a broken oven, although the smaller oven was working. All of these failures plus a number of minor issues including some towels that are past their best, made not for a great stay. We forwarded this to Booking and on to the owner, but their reply was that the bungalow was only advertised as having one it was just coincidence that other problems happened. Had we been aware of the issues, we would have stayed elsewhere.

Location is perfect. The bungalow has all the facilities you could possibly require. There is a fully enclosed back garden. Beautiful hardwood floors and lovely furniture make the house very homely.

Bathroom shower mixer temperamental, so showers were lukewarm. The sealant around bath was mouldy. These issues could easily be resolved and didn't detract from the overall loveliness of the property.

Good standard of accomodation except kitchen- in need of refurb, peeling cabinets and poor lighting

The property was not properly cleaned. Crockery removed from the cupboards was dirty and had to be washed before use. There was no corkscrew leaving us celebrating a 50th birthday on the first evening without wine. There were also broken utensils and broken crockery in the kitchen. Poor lighting in the kitchen-the under units lighting all appeared to have been removed. Throughout the property lightbulbs were either not working or had not been replaced-the lamp in the hall did not work, there were several spotlights not working in the kitchen and the small light on the fireplace did not work. Also, the fireplace was not working. Something that is clearly known to the host having regard to prior reviews I have noticed. The bathroom floor was also dirty.
