The property is in an excellent location just a short walk from the town centre. Dog friendly with a fully enclosed garden. Spacious and comfortable property in a lovely quiet location.

The property could do with a bit of touching up on the paintwork, wall marked in the kitchen where the dustbin is located. Some of the plaster has been damaged in the bedroom. Garden benches need painting very rough to sit on. Not a dislike but if the second shower room was operational it would upgrade the property to exceptional.

Erin was really helpful during the booking process. Situated down a quiet cul de sac but not a million miles away from the centre of Beverley. The accommodation was clean and spacious , facilities were good, though given that the property could sleep six, I did wonder where they would all sit of an evening given that there was only the one sofa.

Perfect location for a short walk to the town centre. Quiet, and a lovely enclosed garden for the dog.

Only comment would be to have mirrors in the two bedrooms which currently don't have them.

Excellent facilities and very clean. It was a real pleasure to stay there. It is well equipped and stylishly furnished. I was there alone but it would be equally good for a family. Thoroughly recommended.

Great location, good sized property, great that dogs are allowed.
