Amazing location right near the Main Street and harbour in Split. Beautiful room, thoughtfully designed and lovely decor. Beautiful fresh bedding and the amenities in the room were perfect. Would definitely come back!

Location. Beautifully presented and clean.

Parking on a weekday was difficult. Saturday and Sunday were fine. Getting luggage to the property and up the 7 flights of stairs could be a problem unless you travel light.

Location / proximity to the old town is great. Close to the ferry port and bus terminal. Easy to get around.

Bathrooms are glass and see-through. Awkward when travelling with friends.

O quarto fica em um apartamento bem central, pertíssimo da beira mar, dos restaurantes, do palacio de diocleciano. O apartamento foi reformado para se tornar uma pousada de tres suítes. Os quartos são novíssimos, decoração e mobília bem elegantes. A cama é muito confortável, a roupa de cama uma delícia. Tem chinelos e roupões para os hóspedes. O check in é feito pelo próprio hospede que recebe uma senha para entrar no apartamento. Há um hall de entrada, onde é permitido deixar bagagens após o check out, se for necessário.

Tudo estava ótimo. Só deixo um alerta de que o apartamento fica no terceiro ou quarto andar (agora não estou certa), então são vários lances de escada para subir, o que para nós não foi um problema. Creio que o endereço que consta no booking está errado, pois pedi um uber para lá e fomos parar em outra região. É bom seguir o endereço e localização dados pela hostess perto da hora de início da estadia.

if you're someone who finds hotel very expensive but B&Bs not upto mark...this is where both the worlds meet. We are very sceptic of propoerties, but this one delivered. Hotel like luxe and the comfort of having a balcony, fridge, coffee machine. the bathroom robes are an added bonus Gorgeous interior. good bathroom Great AC. a cute balcony although not much to the view. walking distance to the old town. To the bus stand and to a bus stop. All shops and chemists are literally next door. Beds are super comfy and very clean. Ana was very helpful too. We arrived post midnight and the check in is smooth and automatic.

Nothing we did't like. but bare in mind the building has no lifts and no option for anyone who is unable to take stairs. Just a recommendation for the owners: don't charge for an extra capsule. it doesn't go with your brand. I rather have just two capsule-

Location was close to everything. Room and Bathroom are recently refurbished and everything was spotless

Would have liked a bottle of water maybe for late arrivals.
