Location was great, perfect for Manchester Central or the O2. Secure parking was brilliant and the apartment block had a helpful concierge for random questions. There's a great convenience store just over the road that had everything we needed.

Describing it as "luxury" is a bit strong, but there's no complaint from me. Great value for money for what is provided. Nearby parking for anything other than short stay is difficult. We needed some additional parking time in addition to the booking duration and this was tricky. The host was very helpful when I asked about this though.

Good information of how to get into car park and building, great location easy to walk to all parts of Mcr city centre nice modern facilities ( tv excellent choice all channels available even subscription channels) everything you need is in the property.

Maybe just looking a little tired could do with a deep clean surface clean was good though . Only one set of keys could have done with two fobs but managed to get round it though

Great layout within the apartment & location to Manchester.

Bathroom wasn’t clean, not enough towels, water left in the kettle (who knows how long it was in there for) & could have done with more pillows on the bed rather than cushions.

Broken window, which resulted in a noisy night. We had a great deal of difficulty in access to get key from key lock . Information from booking didn’t explain what was needed. The pin sent to me was wrong also there were two different phone numbers, one of which was the previous manager. Really disorganised. I absolutely hated the inappropriate picture in the one room of a lion sitting on a toilet reading a newspaper. Bad taste to say the least. The bedding was far from luxurious, it was cheap nasty and unpleasant to sleep in.
