SorrentoVibes - Modern Apartment with Terrace, Swimming Pool&Tennis

Property was falling apart. Shower screens not attached, door handles hanging off doors, windows wouldn’t close, dirty stained dishes, railings of staircases falling off. Very unsafe property. Tennis court not able to be used. Pool not accessible.

Great location & plenty of space for our family of five. The beds were comfy. The apartment block seemed quiet & peaceful at night. Very helpful staff - thanks Tyler!

A dryer would be a great addition for laundry on rainy days. A few little fittings in the bathroom showed wear & tear and need a little attention.

The location is perfect- a short walk to the square, quiet, safe and spacious. Also the contacts were so helpful and accommodating, even when I made a mistake on the timing of our departure, they were so kind and helpful!!

The couch is in one of the bedrooms, so the group gathered in the kitchen area if people were still sleeping, and the toilet was a bit difficult to flush (the button had to be pumped) but these were not issues/deal breakers for us.

The property was very well located, close to the centre of Sorrento, a good supermarket a few mins walk away and close to the bus / railway station for day trips. It was spacious and very pleasant with 3 balconies, nice to sit out in the evening. Good sized kitchen & bathroom. Half way through our stay we were asked if we wanted clean towels, this was much appreciated and they were duly dropped off by the cleaner. The property is in a private gated residence so it was always nice and quiet.

The kitchen was severely lacking in kitchen utensils, so not great if you enjoy cooking. A bread knife was the only sharp knife available. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, the shower cubicle certainly needed a thorough clean.

The location is excellent, the welcome of emails and in-person orientation was most helpful, and the partnership with car parking was very convenient.

Several things don't work very well: the washing machine (not at all), the toilet, the bathroom and one bedroom door (very difficult to open and close), and the some of the electrical switches are confusing - this caused the refrigerator power to inadvertently be turned off, causing some of our food to spoil. Also, some dishes and one of the bed comforters were not clean.

The property was clean, comfortable, ( especially the beds!) & quiet, & everything we wanted was in easy walking distance. We loved it!

Great location. Walking distance to everything in Sorrento. Very spacious property. Everything was very clean and lots of linen available. Staff were very attentive. Although we’d asked for a cot and high chair these weren’t at the property when we arrived but it was sorted very quickly.

Would of liked for the pool to be open but it did say that it closed in September during our stay.

We had a fabulous five night stay. The apartment was spacious and so clean. Tyler was a fantastic host and always helpful. The location is perfect too. We loved the pool.
