It was situated in a nice area and staff were helpful.

We didn’t get the enough hot water and water pressure first few days, Hot water issue was fixed soon after reporting, but water pressure was still low . Also swimming pool not properly maintained, so didn’t feel like to use.

Very satisfy and looks very popular to travel agent, event from Malang city (outside Surabaya)

Hard to find a minimart after 9 PM

Everything was excellent but more excellent if provide 2/3 more pillows.

Spacious and clean apartment.

Lounge was lovely, as was the view from the 38th floor

Beds were uncomfortably hard and hot water in the shower was extremely sporadic

Clean, spacious, the management definitely pay attention to details for guest comfortability and safety. I will come back to stay with Le Ciel Hospitality.

The water drainage in the master bath room seems can't go down.

It was clean and well kept. We loved that we were so high up on Level 38 and we could see the Surabaya skyline. And the reception folks were really nice and helpful.
