Unfortunately, the comments about the noise are true. You need to prepare yourself with both earplugs and an eye mask (it doesn’t get fully dark) before sleeping here. If you do, it’s tolerable. In general the apartment is okay but both features that made this stand out in my opinion, the kitchen and the balcony, were not usable. You can’t use the stove because the pots are not induction. The balcony is facing the street and has no shade. As others have mentioned, the bathroom has no ventilation. All in all, it’s an okay place to stay. However, if the owner would invest in sound-proofing both the windows and the door to the hallway, it could be amazing.

Было комфортно там находиться, не удивительно, что сложно выловить там свободные дни, стиральная машина и сушка доступна для использования. Администраторы даже предложили помочь в поиске жилья на долгий срок, это делает пребывание очень уютным с таким сервисом

Все было очень приятно, местоположение отличное, вокруг много ресторанов и кафе, а в самом здании на первом этаже есть возможность купить смузи. Хост помогла арендовать нам байк для комфортного перемещения по городу, а также заселила нас насколько возможно раньше, потому что мы прилетели рано. Я однозначно рекомендую номер.

Достаточно громко из-за щелей в окне, слышны байки которые проезжают мимо.

Очень чисто, просторно и комфортно. Есть все необходимое и еще Оказалось, что можно бесплатно пользоваться стиральной и сушильной машинами на 3 этаже. Персонал замечательный! Очень помогающие и милые

Хоть апартаменты и в тихом месте, но все же слышимость очень сильная, если у вас чуткий сон, то это может быть проблемой или же прихватите беруши. Самая большая проблема была - это кафе внизу, которое включало музыку в 7 утра и по слышимости было так, будто это в комнате кто-то включил музыку:) Я сказала об этом персоналу, они поговорят с кафе и по идее музыки больше не будет

Very cozy apartment. The location is beyond praise: you live on a street where Da Nang’s main gatherings happen, and you can reach them in just a minute, yet it’s quiet and peaceful near your home. There are plenty of restaurants around, serving both traditional Vietnamese cuisine and dishes from around the world. The apartment itself is clean, well-kept, and everything is quite new. The host was very responsive. We faced difficulties with our flight out of Vietnam, and the host was extremely helpful, staying in constant contact and offering advice. Thank you so much!

A small suggestion for the host, if I may: it would be great to have a drying rack in the room. For a city with such a gorgeous beach, it’s worth having a spot to dry beach stuff. :)

I really liked the design of this place. The windows look like they might be original (though I’m not sure), but they definitely add a lot of charm to the room. The location was also a big plus—very close to the center, but the apartment itself is in a fairly quiet area. There’s some construction nearby, but it didn’t really bother us. There were plenty of outlets, which was really convenient. I also liked the small lounge chair next to the bed—it made the space feel extra cozy. The kitchen was spacious, which was nice. Overall, a beautiful and comfortable place

At the beginning of our stay, there was an issue with dust, most likely construction dust. However, the host responded quickly and took care of it, which we really appreciated. There’s a slight smell in the bathroom, and some mold starting to appear. The sink is also quite inconvenient—you can’t stand close to it. Replacing the built-in mirror cabinet with a flat mirror would make the space much more comfortable, there is enough storage in the bottom drawer under the sink. The windows are beautiful but not soundproof, so earplugs might be useful for light sleepers. Also, in the second-floor room, the left window (facing the balcony) has a gap where light comes through—some blinds would make it more comfortable in the morning.

The location is amazing, not far away from the sea and the same time the street is quite quiet. The size of the room is excellent, there is a kitchenette with a set of dishes, a microwave., plenty of storage space, a large bed and even a sofa, a balcony. On the rooftop they have a washing machine and drying machine - this is great in such humidity climate.

This is really a great place to live, but there are two disadvantages that would be good to fix: - there is no ventilation in the bathroom and because of this, the whole room is quite humid and a mold is already starting to appear in the room. We tried to ventilate as often as possible, but that didn't always help either. - there is a poorly installed trap under the bathroom sink, which causes a very unpleasant smell coming from the pipes. We temporarily fixed it by sealing the sink drain and not using it, but this doesn't fully solve the problem.
