Great balcony with incredible view

The staff was not responsive nor helpful. Having sent several requests via WhatsApp but most of them were ignored. The facility is not well-equipped and not clean. The Wi-Fi was not working at all.

The location is good, the parking is good, the view is lovely, the apartment is cosy enough but the kitchen was tiny, and the beds not great.

Despite advising the property there were 5 of us, only 4 beds were ready on arrival. They had to go for more sheets and we had to make up an extra bed ourselves, not such a big deal. However there was old food left in the fridge. It was very dark and a little musty when we arrived, this could have been resolved by the host opening the blinds and windows before we arrived. I think it's not correct to call this a 3 bedroom apartment, when one 'room' is actually a living room with two beds that covert to sofas, and the other 'room' is the smallest bunk room I have ever seen, and not suitable for two adults. It was difficult to contact the host company on departure, not very responsive.

the view of mountains is nice and ample parking space. Staff are nice, but that is about it.

Apartment condition is old and some blinds, door knobs, gas stove, bathtub faucet were in broken condition. Seems maintenance and responding to client needs are outsourced to inexperienced part-timers. The staff (if there is any) are nice, but very inexperienced. We were a party of six people and provided with only one roll of toilet paper the first day. I had to angrily ask for more as the initial response I got is, that is all they had. There are no basic amenities, not even hand soap. I was told that's how they run things. I was given sheets to pull over the mattress myself. The pillows were stained and we were given blankets only for 4 persons. The other people had to use towels or the mattress sheets as blankets. The ladder to the bunk bed was loose and caution had to be taken when climbing up.
