"It was nice, comfortable and the location is exceptional."

It was fast

The Receptionist is not very helpful. She acts like she doesn’t want to work and that she is just there because she needs to earn money. Also , there are small cockroaches coming out of the drains which freaked us out.

"Overall a good experience for the comfy beds and the location - except for the bathrooms/toilets."

The location itself is really nice and having a place for my pets were also a plus!

The flush on toilet 1 was not working. On toilet 2, there was a leak on the tiles.

"Our stay was perfect and amazing!"

The host was very kind and cooperative with us. She went the extra mile to accept securing our luggage at her place for 5 days without asking anything in return, she was very helpful and the house was perfect for family. I highly recommend booking with her. Our stay was amazing and good location.

"Excellent stay once we got electricity"

The property was very good and had all we needed

We would have rated this much higher if it was not for the bad check in experience . Firstly we had to fill in pages of forms for the 2 units we had. With many duplicate pages which had to be filled in and then once we checked in we had no electricity for 2 hours. If the basics was sorted out we would have scored the units a 9 or 20
