"A great location to explore from"

The location was great, nestled in a lovely part of town.

After being asked for a large deposit, we were also asked about a small amount of wall damage behind a bed after we left. Due to the deposit, we had taken pictures of the state of the house when we arrived (and when we left), so it felt like we were being accused of something we hadn’t done. I’m not sure any guests go around houses checking behind all furniture for damage that may be levelled at them. It left a very sour taste in the mouth, and only because we’d taken detailed photos did we get the whole deposit back.

Super property in great location. Really well equipped. Lots of info in the folder about things to see and do. We very much enjoyed our stay. Convenient parking in nearby car park no more than 5 minutes walk away.
