ITStrategic location to discover Edinburgh just walking around. Comfortable double room in a shared apartment, with a spacious living room and well equipped kitchen. The owner is kind and accommodating, and helped us a lot. Excellent value for money in this highly expensive city! I would definitely come back

To start with made the booking and they asked what the trip was for and who I was staying, which I thought was strange considering on the site I put for leisure and I was with my partner. Then we asked if we could put our luggage in the room so we could carry on with our time there, and the gentleman was not helpful and sent misleading messages saying he was not expecting any last minute bookings! So why be on booking.com in the first place! Which made us both very uncomfortable! Then on arrival we weren't greeted or anything and we had to introduce ourselves, he just said his name and walked away! Didn't tell us what facilities we could use in the property! The place had a bad smell, the shower cubicle had black mould around it! We couldn't lock the bedroom door which made us feel even more uncomfortable and resulted in a awful stay and no sleep at all! Also for £100 a night did even have a TV in the room and we had felt like we had to whisper to each other and abide by 11.30 pm to 9am quite time!! Also very strange! After all this we feel that we should receive a refund for the stress and anxiety the stay caused us,I would avoid this property at all cost,
ITLa posizione della stanza è clamorosa: a circa 5 min a piedi da Victoria Street e in generale dalle attrazioni in centro. E' un terzo piano senza ascensore. Stanza piccola ma noi la usavamo solo per dormire quindi top bagno condiviso ma il proprietario per questioni lavorative sta poco in casa ed è molto riservato quindi...
Probabilmente un solo telo doccia a persona è un po' poco, aggiungerei almeno un altro asciugamano
