Excellent facilities and very clean, just about everything you need , super comfortable bed

The building has no signage stating the name only room numbers, parking was not provided and we bumped into several others looking very lost trying to find parking, there is a parking lot nearby but it was expensive and if it’s raining it’s a little walk outside, couldn’t get the tv to work on the wifi , had to hotspot to phone. Didn’t bother us but two flights of stairs to climb to get to the bedrooms

The location was so close to everything, even for little legs. A beautiful cot was made up for our wee one upon arrival. The apartment was super clean.

Perfect Location for the Riverside markets, the Gardens and the CBD

The Reason I chose this place was it included parking. The parking mentioned in the blurb turned out to be on the street costing $4.50 per hr. Others have been led astray by this description before and yet it continues to be described as having parking. At the least this is dis-ingenuine at the worst it is Lying. The T.V. had no aerial connection so we we unable to watch television.

Location was good. Unit was comfortable and well appointed.

The instructions were good but it was still a tricky to locate. One flight of stairs up to main level and another up to bedrooms. This was not adequately revealed in the listing but it was ok for us. The washing/dryer machine is very helpful to have and soap was provided. However, and this may be partially user error, it took a very long time to wash & dry - several hours! Even washing and drying in separate actions was very slow - over an hour to wash and 1.5 to dry and even then I had to leave the clothes out overnight because they were still damp! And these were synthetic quick-dry items which really should only take 15 minutes to dry. Host has said they'll look into it and provide instructions. I've used a W/D combo like this elsewhere in NZ and had similar experience so tried to use different settings this time. Not for multiple loads if there's any time constraint.
