Beautiful peaceful setting, laid back atmosphere, very dog friendly.

Superb peaceful location (woodland, pond, geese, ducks, heron, red kite) as long as you can cope with the bumpy track coming and going to the property. Everything you could wish for inside the very comfortable accommodation.

Replace the hand-held shower-head with one of traditional round shape (so the water force doesn’t cause it to squirt in all directions) and which is easily fitted and removed from its cradle’.

We were left to enjoy the property and surroundings as though it was our own home. Debbie was on hand in the main house if needed, but we were left in peace

No Internet for the first night (which is the only thing I can think of to make comment about) otherwise nothing else!!

This is an idyllic, beautiful and relaxing property and location.

Lovely spot, beautiful pond in front of the house. Beautiful and cosy house. Everything what you need is there. Very clean. James and Debs are very friendly and helpfull. Enjoy the silence!

Beautiful location, in the middle of the forest, surrounded by the forest, ducks and other animals. Very peaceful and relaxing.

Literally nothing....

An extremely well-appointed, modern chalet conversion. The wonderful surroundings - including duck pond and small wood - make for a very relaxing space to come to. The property is extremely well located as a base for exploring the beautiful Weald and it’s lovely towns. Really good pub/diners within easy reach.

This was a road trip in a classic car. The only blot on a perfect stay was the rough track to the property. It is extremely challenging for a vehicle of this age and uncomfortable. l trust the wonderful owners will overcome this in time.

the location was like being in a nature reserve. The property had all the modern facilities that we wanted. The beds were incredibly comfy.  The property’s insulation was perfect as it was incredibly hot outside yet the lodge remained and lovely cool temperature. Hosts were helpful and very friendly.

The kitchen sink would benefit from an over head light.

Beautiful little cottage in countryside. Very comfortable beds and huge walk-in shower. Good kitchen with everything you need. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Two good pubs a shirt drive away

nothing - it was great

the property was beautiful and very comfortable and modern and provided instant relaxation.

there were building works going on which made the surroundings a bit messy and muddy but that didn’t make a huge difference to our stay.
