USThe house is impeccably clean. Monica, the hostess, communicated and was very helpful with anything we needed. The beds were so very comfortable! The primary bed is a king and has a sleep number mattress. The sheets were the softest sheets I've ever slept on. Monica provided the cleanest towels, too. The kitchen is equipped with everything! Complimentary water for the Kuerig or coffee maker. The backyard is lovely with 2 umbrella covered tables and dry clean cushions stored in a container. There is a grill, too. There are twinkle lights that automatically come on at night, and it's so pretty. This home has an awesome game room, and it, just like the whole home, was so organized and clean. Monica even provides chairs to take to the beach and beach towels. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. The home is right off US1. There is a Publix, Walmart Superstore, and a Winn Dixie within one mile! You can not go wrong here! I highly recommend this beautifully furnished and extremely clean home. Perfect for a family with children. The home has a smart lock and automatically locks after you enter the home and close the door!

USThis was a perfect place to stay when visiting St. Augustine! It isn't right in the city which is a major bonus (for safety and how busy the city is) but it is so convenient because everything is a quick drive. The place was SPOTLESS, quiet, safe, very spacious, and had absolutely everything you could need. Kitchen was fully stocked with supplies (not food, of course), bathrooms were perfect, plenty of games and beach supplies. I truly couldn't ask for a better place to stay. If we come back to St. Augustine, I know where to book!
