Affordable APT in Salt Lake City Ideal Location

This apartment is exactly like the photos. It’s so well done. Really homely and cosy. All the modcon you would want/need. Great instructions, easy to access. Parking available. Everything was clean and comfy. Highly recommend

The accommodation was absolutely fantastic! What we especially appreciated was the convenience and attention to detail. Typically, when renting an apartment, you only get the bare essentials. But here, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. We found coffee filters, a starter supply of coffee, paper towels, salt, pepper, spices, olive oil, dishwasher tablets, and more. These are all items that travelers only need in small amounts but often aren’t provided—meaning you usually have to buy full-size products like 1kg of salt or a bottle of olive oil just to cook a few meals. It was refreshing to see that someone had thought of this, and we really wanted to highlight it. We would definitely stay here again!

Received detailed instructions on how to enter the apartment complex and parking prior to arrival. The unit was a nice one bedroom apartment. The location is excellent: not far from downtown and a short drive to the University of Utah. I was in town for a medical procedure and follow up at the university hospital and this was a great place to relax and recuperate. Recommend it highly!

- The shades in the bedroom don't block out the light completely, so it's hard to sleep late - The 7/11 nearby (not very close) doesn't feel very safe - The two beds in the bedroom are crammed and one side of the bed is right next to the wall which means that one person in the bed has to jump over the foot of the bed when going to the bathroom
