Near pakuwon mall and central city abit

The breakfast is under expectations, ive been staying at many hotels and their breakfast served with many options, im actually looking forward for the breakfast at fourpoints since the review is quite good, but then got a little it to excited i think, the food options is too limited, none is looks appetizing enough with the restaurant have local indonesians name but serving mostly non local cuisines. I expected more food choices for something like 4 star hotels

The hotel location is easy and access to the mall easy..The service of all the staff was amazing... the hospitality...the food restaurant and all the service of the staff restaurant was excellent...the chef yudi and chef soima thankyou for the delicous food...and nia and all the restaurant staff makes me feel like home 😘 Very very recomended hotel

The view of the room is amazing... the restairant food also great and the staff was very nice ...the chef was amazing....i feel like home.. 😍 Thankyou chef yudi and chef soima...and mbak nia and and all the staff thats welcoming in the restaurant all are lovely people... makes me feel happy and feels like home..

location was central and linked to Pakuwon mall. Service staff from front desk to restaurant to engineering was helpful and courteous.

The sound insulation in the hotel was terrible. Its my main complaint. When other rooms’ shower was running, i could hear the shower. i was disturbed each time neighbours opens and closed the door. Even could hear next room’s flushing.
