Just finished a wonderful 6 night stay at Namia. All of the prior reviews are accurate, thankfully. Exceptional service, including by our host Viet who helped make our smooth and enjoyable. 2 BR villa with pool was very comfortable and the pool was huge and a highlight for our kids. Worth the splurge in our opinion.

We had a wonderful stay at Namia Hotel! The location was perfect, very close to the old town, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. One of the highlights was definitely the spa: the complimentary 90-minute treatments were incredibly relaxing and professionally done. Great value for money, we’d happily stay again!

The only downside was the lack of privacy, which made parts of the stay feel a bit less comfortable. Still, overall great and amazing villa and we will definitely come back again!

The villa offered a truly luxurious experience during my 4-day stay. The modern and chic interior design was a visual treat, especially the unique fusion with traditional Vietnamese elements. I particularly loved the spaciousness of the 2-bedroom layout, perfect for relaxation. Moreover, the service was impeccable, making the whole experience seamless and enjoyable. It was truly an excellent resort overall.

This new hotel exceeded our expectations. Our villa was spacious, bright, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable. A complimentary spa treatment each day was a wonderful and unexpected touch, perfect for unwinding. The hotel also offers a range of complimentary activities like a sunset boat tour, yoga sessions, and basket boat rides, which added real value to our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout. And breakfast was absolutely fantastic—great variety, beautifully prepared, and delicious. We truly loved our time here.

Dinner was good overall, and we especially enjoyed the bar snacks at one of the restaurants. However, we would have loved to see more traditional, local flavors on the menu.

The level of service was unprecedented. They really cared for us like if we would have been royalty.

This was a real retreat from the hot street of beautiful Hoi An. The spa treatments were superb and the staff made sure I was content at all times. Loved riding the bamboo bike around the property - and make sure to have the ceviche in the restaurant!

The interior was beautiful and new. The spa experience was amazing.

For a retreat resort, it’s such a disappointment. There was karaoke noise across the river ( which you can hear all over the hotel) the whole afternoon till 9pm. The food menu is limited and barely any choices. There is no signature Vietnamese dishes in the menu ( no Pho, no Spring Roll etc). The food is bland. The staff is not well trained. Lack of introduction and service assistance for a resort on this level of pricing. The general landscape is still new and barely any information ( like a proper map) for guest to navigate the resort. It’s really sad because I was expecting a lot more.
