Spacious 1bed flat in Cambridge near Chesterton

Compact but luxurious. It was a lovely place to stay for my work trip to Cambridge.

The worst property I have ever seen

The property was horrible. This is an AirBnB, nowhere has it been mentioned in the advertisement of the property. 1. The location is not very convenient. We had to look for atleast 10 mins in the area to find the property. 2. The keys need to be collected and dropped from a completely different location which is atleast a 5-10 minute drive from the actual property 3. The heating for the property is horrible 4. The kitchen utensils are all dirty 5. The washing machine was dirty and had some old clothes in it 6. The cupboards had broken doors and had used towels kept inside in a bag 7. The chairs are broken and the sofas are coved with dirty blankets 8. The lock on the main door is broken and is difficult to open to door 9. The place wasn’t even cleaned properly, there was hair lying on the chair and the table all dirty. 10. The kettle was super dirty, could not even use it. We had booked the place for 23 nights, but had to leave the place and look for something elsewhere in a single night as staying there was not possible. When asked for a refund of my payment the property is not cooperative at all even after me sending them photo evidence of how the property looks, neither has booking.com done anything towards this. Both have just been pushing things around saying they are not responsible. I wonder how booking.com is even allowing this kind of a property which is an AirBnB to be advertised here without proper details.
