"Great location and decent accomodations"

The location is excellent, just a few minutes from the beach and also close to every kind of store and restaurant. Check-in (or rather, not needing to check in) was very convenient. The staff were helpful, and other guests were friendly. The playground on the 6th floor was fun for our son.

The balcony door is stuck and requires a strong person to open. The sliding bedroom door is not properly mounted and possibly in danger of falling on someone. The walls and door are thin; people in the hallway can hear you talk. The dryer on the 28th floor is damaged (the mounting for the lint filter is halfway detached) and takes twice as long to dry clothes; we ended up using the dryer in the 27th floor instead.
