Long time to waiting lift. Certainly 15 - 30 minutes if the peak hours.

The unit was clean and tidy. Everything about the unit is perfect

The lifts were terrible ,there were four lift in the block, but they were extremely slow, especially during checkout time. We had no choice but to take the stairs from the 16th floor. On top of that, there were many small children and lots of luggage.

The view was amazing at night, you can see most of Georgetown and the Penang bridge with the view.

It would be great if we had hanging racks to hang out clothes or more hangers in the room as we wanted to dry our clothes after swimming. And the cons that you'll face by staying on the 40th floor is the lift takes quite a while, but nothing terrible.

The apartment was clean and came with all necessary utensils & electrical appliances including a very useful water dispenser. Windows were quite sound proof except for noisy bikes and loud exhaust cars.

Seems a bit dated especially the bathrooms with wooden doors not suitable for daily water splashing, in fact one door is badly rotted. One of the bathroom drains was clogged. This place ideally needs own transport to get around or plenty of ride hailing. Not much within walking distance. We were unfortunately to have a Level 9 parking where we have to go round and round to reach our parking.
