The location was good. A lot of restaurants in the area and the promenade was close by.

I stayed in this apartment for 16 nights, and unfortunately my experience with Soughted Property Management was extremely disappointing. Check in was delayed by an hour, and when I finally arrived, the key fob did not work. I then had to wait an additional hour for a replacement, which made an already frustrating arrival even worse. I was told that the sheets would be changed every four nights. After the check-in issues, a team member reached out and offered to send housekeeping to clean the apartment. I confirmed availability, but no one showed up. I followed up and was promised housekeeping on a different date. Again, no one arrived. After more than a week of back and forth with no resolution, I had to take the sheets to the dry cleaners myself. Otherwise, I would have been expected to sleep on the same sheets for the entire 16 night stay. The apartment is advertised as having air conditioning, but the portable unit did not cool the room at all. It functioned more like a weak fan, and half of the unit was covered in dirt, blocking airflow. This made sleeping very uncomfortable during hot Cape Town nights. I travel extensively and have stayed in accommodations all over the world. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had. The Soughted Property Management team was unresponsive, inconsiderate, and highly unprofessional, and they did not deliver on what was promised.

Convenient to all shopping amenities, restaurants and sightseeing avenues

Being 2m tall, the Bed was low and the portable aircorn , I would have preferred an aircorn.

It’s a stylish studio and the security guard, Lundi, was friendly and welcoming.

Checking in was frustrating. I flew from Johannesburg to Cape Town, shared my ETA with Andrew and still had to wait outside on the street for over 20 minutes with my luggage until a tenant kindly let me in. When I finally got inside, Andrew entered the apartment with all my belongings inside while his colleague was showing me around, which made me very uncomfortable. Both hosts were dishonest about their ETAs, there was a hidden service fee, and the studio smelled strongly of weed.

Bed was comfy. Location very central.

Bathroom very small. Basin very small and water messes everywhere. Shower was leaking water and bathroom flooded.
