USLocation, location, location! Very nice property. Well appointed for a long stay. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
Limited time to do laundry. We found out that the pipes make a terrible noise. Maybe a plumber could fix that. Also the beds as nice as they seem to be, was like being stuck in a marshmallow. If you’re older, 50+ I would advise not sleeping in these beds.
USLocation was wonderful being able to drive through basically a scenic route and every tickle you get to leave and come back is wonderful for someone who doesn’t live around that type of everyday scenery.

Could use some raking and maintenance in yard. Weeds with stickers, pine needles that poked my little dogs feet and many incomplete projects.
USUSGreat location. Easy to get to the activities we wanted to do in both Sedona and Cottonwood as they were less than 20 min each way. Great room, very clean inside, roomy bathroom, and a very comfortable bed. We will strongly consider staying here again instead of in Sedona the next time we visit the area.
USThe Sunshine House Is a remarkable location for those wanting to visit Sedona and not be overwhelmed by the masses and prices of the town itself. We were looking for seclusion and quiet with easy access to the surrounding area. Bingo! We were hoping for cleanliness and comfort. Bingo! To adequately describe how perfect this house is would take way too much space on this page. If you have a large group or family [4-8] do not look any farther.
The only thing that I have to say concerning any shortcomings related to The Sunshine House concerns bookings.com. We were confused by the presentation of the facility on their website. The owners resolved the problem immediately.
USUSwe stayed in the house witch was excellent..Be sure and get the house not the garden room unless just sleeping and not cooking.
