Apartament niestety pozostawiał sporo do życzenia. W pomieszczeniach była wyczuwalna wilgoć, a prysznic przeciekał, przez co łazienka szybko się zalewała. Szkoda, bo lokalizacja była dobra, ale stan techniczny wymaga pilnej poprawy.

The design of the apartment was great. It truly is beautiful. Location was pretty good too. More at the quieter side of town. I liked the layout of the place. While some complained about the lack of privacy due to loft being open to the room downstairs that didn't bother me or my mom. We don't have issues with noise control. However if you are a light sleeper you may not want to book this place with a group. It was just me and my mom. Silvia was nice and accommodated us arriving a few hours before we said we would arrive. Check in was at 3 but we were going to arrive around 7. My mom got tired and wanted to go earlier so Silvia was able to meet us at 4:45 pm.

When we arrived the place was not clean. While I understand we said we would arrive at 7 the home should be clean by check in time regardless of our estimated time of arrival. The apt was lived in. Bedding left from previous guests and dirty towels on the floor. We were flexible and didn't make a big deal about it. The online check on process is not smooth. Also the cleaners came around the time of our arrival but only provided bedding for 1 bed. The host claimed because we selected only 1 bed but in checking my screen shots of my online check in there was no option for that. My booking.com itinerary stated the whole apt. Not just one room. Both beds should have been made. Silvia was able to correct this and drop off bedding but no one made the bed. The apt was not clean. I kept finding hair on pillows and all over the floor. The bathrooms had a horrible smell. This was the worst part. It was a smell of mildew and urine you could not get rid of. We had to keep the doors closed at all times. The shower leaked all over the floor because the glass door would not close properly and also the gasket on the bottom was rotting through. If you looked closely at the grout of the shower it was covered with black mold. So was the bottom of the bathroom door. They just painted over it. The beds and pillows were super uncomfortable cheap Ikea beds (two single beds put together to make a large bed). Both my mom and I woke up with pains. We ended up ending our stay early because it was so uncomfortable for us. Beautiful apartment but cheaply furnished with cheap Ikea furniture, beds, and pillows. For over 200 euros a night I expected better quality. The kitchen only has the basics. Nothing to clean the dishes, no salt or pepper or oil. Only 1 coffee pod for the coffee maker and the kettle was dirty. Silvia did send cleaners back to the place after I complained but they didn't really do anything.

Espaço bem aproveitado, amplo e contemporâneo, aparentemente renovado há pouco tempo, supermercados próximos e vagas de estacionamento gratuitas ao longo das ruas razoavelmente disponíveis.

A janela de trás, bem grande, deixa a iluminação natural muito boa, porém à noite é a luz artificial que entra no quarto, sem possibilidades de se bloqueá-la, uma cortina teria feito o sono muito melhor.
