The room was neat and clean,view was good.

There were no hair brush or anynwater bottle in room ,it was a little more expensive,tea served was good in taste but it's wasn't that hot every time and tea was very expensive.

no mobile signals, too much stairs, shortage of hot water as I have already mentioned i have a infant with me but still hot water was not coming in tabs. after so much of complains and hassle we just left the room.

Excellent residency Food outside to manage was critical specially on night with children's . Vehicle access restrictions to access Mall road from pindi with by luggage, Though alternate electric vehicle like Airports private available. Overall peacefully and excellent residency, View points location good , In rainy or snow fall access to Hotel must be carefully due incline road , roads are very well Safe area due to Army new constructions

Food arrangements to be offered at cost

The staff was excellent and friendly. Services were very quick. Breakfast was too good. Very peaceful and clean environment. Highly recommend hotel. Naeem Bhai and rukhtaj Bhai were very courteous... Feels like an army mess in terms of facilities.
