large beautiful dwelling with a great deck facing the park and reserve, stunning views from upstairs of the bridge, plenty of bathrooms and large ensuits on the rooms all with full baths and showers. Iarge windows let all the sun in. Very private for where it is. Clean, spacious, wish I lived here .thanks for having us

There were mosquitos in the evening as windows were left open so just need to make sure windows are closed during daytime

The place was comfortable, clean and warm. The coffee machine was great! Getting in was simple. The place is spacious and suits a group of extended family or friends. It is close to a park and a walking track.

The place is full of modern appliances but needs instruction manuals or at least a quick guide to operate.

Location was great, quiet and very safe. You do need a car to get around, however that’s not a problem, an Uber to the restaurants is around $10… Really nice house and super helpful hosts

Beautiful, clean and comfortable

We absolutely loved our time at this property. It was a spacious and well-thought-out four-bedroom home — perfect for our group of seven, including three kids. The configuration worked really well: one bedroom with a queen bed and another with two singles, plus 2 ensuite bathrooms that made the stay super comfortable. The house was clean, beautifully presented, and fully stocked with everything we needed — especially in the kitchen, which had all the essentials and more. The Wi-Fi was a little slow at times, but still manageable for our needs. One of the highlights was the location — directly across from a park (great for the kids) and with stunning views over Auckland Harbour. Access was super easy with a keypad entry, and we really appreciated the convenience. We found getting around by ferry to Auckland City a much better option than driving, as it helped us avoid traffic — quick and scenic! Communication with Grace was excellent throughout. She was prompt, helpful, and made everything seamless. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended our booking by another two nights, and we’re so glad we did. This is a property we’d absolutely recommend — especially for larger groups or families. We’ll definitely be back!

Like the location, new and modern facilities with good bathrooms. We loved the bed linen.

The beds were uncomfortable. No general free to air TV available or BBQ facilities.
